How to use: It is recommended to use 1–2 times a day, morning and evening. Remove contact lenses before use. Heat the mask in warm water (~45°C) or in the microwave. For comfort, a wet compress or cotton pad can be used between the skin and the mask. Apply the heated mask to closed eyelids for 4–10 minutes and secure with an elastic band. After use, gently massage the edges of the eyelids. Clean your eyelids with a lint-free cotton pad, ideally soaked in eye hygiene solution. Depending on use and wear, the mask may require periodic replacement. Microwave heating: Wrap the mask in a damp cloth and heat it in the microwave according to the table. Make sure the gel is evenly distributed inside the mask. Before use, check the temperature on the inside of your wrist. If necessary, continue heating in 5 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Heating in a water bath: Place the mask in a container of warm water, at approximately 45°C, for a few minutes. Do not use boiling water. Cooling: Chill the mask in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The maximum recommended contact time with the skin is 20 minutes. Ingredients: PVC, 70% water, 25% glycerin, 5% CMC-Na (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), red food pigment (safe for external use). Fixing tape: contains latex.
