Consumption method: How to prepare the new Aptamil Nutri-Biotik™ formula 1. 1. Wash your hands thoroughly, sterilize all utensils used in preparing the milk, and make sure the edge of the packaging is clean. 2. Boil drinking water for preparing milk for 5 minutes, then let it cool to about 40°C. Pour into the prepared container (mug) the amount of boiled and cooled water required according to the dosage for one meal. 3. Measure the powder with the teaspoon from the lid of the package, leveled with the edge inside the box. Add the powder according to the dosing table into the prepared container (cup). 4. Close the container and shake vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds. It is very important to respect the shaking method and time to properly dissolve the powder. 5. Check the temperature of the prepared milk on your wrist (about 37°C). Precautions and contraindications:
