Biguanelle by Lo.Li. Pharma is an isotonic gynecological solution with a pH of 4.0, designed to support the treatment of vulvovaginitis and cervicovaginitis of various origins. The product helps restore and maintain the natural physiological state of the vaginal flora. The application of the gynecological solution supports the processes of recovery and normalization of the vaginal environment after medicinal treatments or traumatic surgical and gynecological interventions. Thanks to its protective and barrier effect, the product acts as an aid in re-epithelialization after procedures such as diathermocoagulation (DTC), laser therapy, and cryotherapy. The preparation contains polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (PHMB) – a cationic surfactant with excellent mucosal tolerance. Instructions for use:
Remove the protective warranty sticker by pulling it to the side;
Take the cannula out of its protective packaging and screw it tightly onto the bottle;
Prepare yourself by choosing the most comfortable position for rinsing so that the solution can take effect;
Insert the cannula carefully into the vagina up to half its length;
Squeeze the bottle to empty it. Hold the liquid in the vagina for a few minutes to allow the solution to act;
Follow your doctor's instructions and discard the bottle after use.
The preparation is intended for single use and is applied vaginally only. If necessary and under medical prescription, the application may be repeated after 4 days. During pregnancy, the product should be used only if truly necessary and under medical supervision. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients. The product must not be ingested. Storage instructions: Store in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from children and direct sunlight.
